Balance of my first month and a little “gift”

I think is important after one month to make a “check list” to my “resolutions” for this 2015 to see how is going on; is very easy to give up or not follow what we was dreaming but will not be my case so here is my list:

1. Crear mi blog; que será un espacio donde cuente mi historia y como mis ojos ven este Mundo y un lugar donde pueda mostrar mis talentos que de a poco irán conociendo (DONE!).

2. Volver a entrenar regularmente; debido a lo enferma que he estado no ha sido fácil pero trataré de que nada me aleje de eso al menos por 4 días a la semana (DONE!).

3. Desintoxicar mi cuerpo; del azúcar y especialmente de las malas comidas o snack que sólo nos hacen sentir mal (half DONE!)

– Comer mejor (DONE!).

– Dormir más horas; lo que significa regular mis horas de sueño aunque mi cuerpo no se sienta cansado (ALMOST).

– Comenzar a practicar yoga; al menos una vez por semana y en casa (ONCE).

– Meditar (ONCE).

Well, I’m in a good direction I think and I want to keep going so I’m very proud of what I’m doing (I lose 8 pounds so far) but I need to push myself a little more but… SO FAR SO GOOD!

And like is all about take care of ourself, here is a little list can help you to do that… good journey 😉
